ESI Support Desk |
For routine issues when you aren’t in a hurry, send an email with your service request to
helpdesk@esi-ca.com. You will immediately receive a trouble ticket number, and status updates as your request is worked. A Microsoft certified engineer will respond within 8 hours, during normal business hours.

ESI Live Support |
One of our Microsoft certified engineers is on hand to remotely fix the issue. You initiate the service and during the session, you get to watch, learn, and at any time assume control of your computer. During the remote session, you can engage in live chat with the engineer or converse on the phone; and if you wish, you can receive a printed transcript of the entire session! Upon completion, you will see that we permanently remove the program and we cannot initiate further connections unless YOU choose to reinstall the program for future service.
